Peter Kiewit Mod Yard, Edmonton
Weinrich Contracting Ltd., was tendered to excavate the north - east vacant land on Peter Kiewit's property in north east Edmonton. The project involves stripping of the entire site, removal of approximately 62,000m3 of topsoil from a large pile, importing of clay, placing geotextile, and finally importing gravel.
July 18, Project Update:
As of today, there has been 10.5 rain delay days, resulting the project to be behind. However, the topsoil pile removal is nearing completion and is scheduled to be completely excavated by July 19.
Importing of clay will begin on July 21.
